Why is Basic free right now?
We are building PeerPath alongside the groups using it, and their meetings are what tell us whether it works. Basic is free for that whole stretch. When pricing turns on it is $99 a month for the group, and the groups already here keep what they have.
What happens to Premium?
Nothing yet. Everything that would make Premium worth its own tier (attendance, deep dives, retreats, governance, reflection summaries) is on the roadmap and not built. We are not putting a price on a plan before the plan exists, so Premium has no price until those ship.
Why per group instead of per member?
A peer group is the thing that meets, so the group is what we charge for. The price never changes when membership does: nobody is charged per seat, adding a member costs nothing, and a member leaving saves nothing. Your treasurer gets one line item instead of a headcount to reconcile.
